Been rather sick the last couple of days so this afternoon I decided to harvest some radishes from my garden and come up with something simple but wholesome.
I sliced up the radishes, added some garlic, butter, salt and pepper and one ice cube and wrapped it all up in aluminum foil and threw it on the grill. Never thought I would love grilled radishes so much.
Didn't want to waste the greens so I threw them in a pan with some butter and garlic and cooked them with a bit of cubed potatoes. Cook for about 20 min then puree the whole damn thing and you've got a delicious and Hearty soup!
